Payment I paid but do not see my license. What should I do?
Wait a few seconds or refresh your dashboard. If it still doesn't show up, check your profile from the menu. As a last resort, if you don't have a successfully generated license there either, but you paid, use the contact page, and include your Account Email Address and Payment time.
License What exactly am I buying?
You are buying a time-based license for SMB-Interactive - a livestream interactive gaming system. The license gives you access to use the game with your own profile name.
License When do I get my license?
Immediately after successful payment. Your license appears on the success page and in your dashboard.
License How is the license activated?
The license is checked by the game and with server when it connects to the license server. Once was used, the license can be locked to your profile and device depending on the activation rules.
License Can I use one license on multiple accounts?
No. Each license is intended for one customer and their profile in to SMB-Interactive.site! Sharing or reselling license keys is not allowed.
License What happens when my license expires?
After its expiration, the license will stop working with your personal effects, sounds, and any files you receive in the archives after purchasing your license. You can purchase a new license from your account at any time if you want to play your Interactive Super Mario game again.
Profile Can I change my profile name?
You can edit your profile before generating the personalized build. Your generated game can use that profile value.
Profile Can I change my In-Game name?
You can edit your In-Game name before generating the custom version of the game. After generation, and download the game uses the saved name value. Be Careful! The Game with your personalized name can only be generated once.
Download Where do I download the files?
After purchase, the download buttons appear on your success page and profile page.
Download What should I do after buying?
Go to your profile, enter your TikTok username without the @ symbol. The name must be 2 to 11 characters long, save the profile, and then use the “Generate & Download Game” button. The generated game will use this name and the download will begin almost immediately.
