Privacy Notice

SMB-Interactive is operated by an individual. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@smb-interactive.site.
1. Information handled
For an account, the site stores your name, email address, username, password hash and account/security settings. Google sign-in accounts also use a Google account identifier. The site stores license keys, plan and expiry details, activation identifiers and status, and settings or temporary records needed to generate and deliver your game files.
2. Purchases
Stripe Checkout processes card payments. The site receives and stores references such as Stripe Checkout/payment identifiers and the information needed to match a successful payment with your account and license. The site does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
3. Why information is used
Account information is used to register and secure your account, confirm your email, sign you in, reset passwords, deliver and administer licenses, provide customer support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. If you enable renewal reminders, your email address and license expiry are used to send those reminders. You can withdraw that optional preference in your profile. Product news and offers are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing emails; that choice is optional and can be withdrawn in your profile or through an unsubscribe link in each marketing email. Existing accounts are not automatically subscribed.
4. Email and service providers
Transactional email is sent through the configured Zoho Mail SMTP service for account confirmation, password recovery and requested renewal reminders. If you opt in to product news and offers, your email address and basic personalization data are sent to Zoho Campaigns to prepare and deliver those messages and record campaign transmission results. Necessary account, security, maintenance or policy notices may be sent separately from optional marketing. Google provides optional sign-in and Stripe provides payment checkout. The site also relies on hosting, database and security infrastructure to operate and protect the service.
5. Cookies and technical logs
Necessary cookies support sign-in, request security and two-factor login. The site may also process technical and security logs to protect accounts and investigate failures. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention and requests
Account and license information is kept while needed to operate your account and service. Purchase, security or other records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion; requests are reviewed against any applicable retention requirements.
7. Your choices
You can disable renewal reminders and separately turn marketing emails on or off in your profile. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message, or contact support about your account data and privacy rights that apply to you.
8. Contact
Use the Contact page for privacy requests and support.
