1. Service

SMB-Interactive provides digital software licenses for an interactive gaming application. Customers can purchase time-based access plans such as 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year.

2. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives a license key instantly through the website. No physical product is shipped.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

4. License Usage

Each license is intended for use by the purchasing customer only. Sharing, reselling, or abusing license keys is not allowed.

5. Refund Policy

Because our product is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after payment, purchases are generally final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we will review your case.
